Please have the last eight digits of your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy or your Thor Motor Coach unit serial number.

This is going to differ depending on if it's a class A or C;

• Class A - Your VIN will be located on the VIN plate which is mounted to the wall just over and behind of the drivers left shoulder or in a kitchen cabinet.
• Class C - Your VIN will be located where the dash and the windshield meet in the corner on the driver's side as well as in a kitchen cabinet.
